Data we process and why

ChatifyHub may process your Telegram identifier, public profile, selected language, age range, gender, approximate profile location, preferences, profile media, messages sent through the service, support requests, safety reports, verification material, and transaction references. We do not ask for your Telegram password, one-time password, payment-card details, or crypto private key.

We process this information to create and secure accounts, provide discovery and communication features, deliver paid services, prevent duplicate payments and fraud, moderate abuse, respond to support requests, and meet applicable obligations. Automated tools may screen media for safety. Verification selfies are used only for age/gender plausibility and anti-fraud checks; they are not public.

03 · RETENTION

We keep different data for different periods

• Verification selfies: normally removed automatically after 10 days.
• Closed-chat removable text and temporary free media: normally 10 days.
• Resolved support attachment references: normally 10 days.
• Ordinary support, safety, and transaction evidence: no more than 30 days.
• Account and profile data: while the account is active; eligible data is removed or de-identified after deletion.

Narrative evidence may be retained longer only while a dispute is unresolved or a binding obligation requires it. Minimum transaction identifiers needed to prevent duplicate credit and maintain the wallet ledger may remain after ordinary evidence is scrubbed.

04 · TERMS

Rules for using ChatifyHub

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful profile information.
• Consent is required before sharing another person's private information or media.
• Harassment, threats, impersonation, scams, spam, exploitation, and illegal content are prohibited.
• Explicit sexual content is prohibited in public and screened service areas.
• Do not send passwords, login codes, private keys, or sensitive documents.
• Do not attempt to bypass fees, limits, moderation, or payment verification.
• Any supported photo, file, or media may be offered for sale. The seller is responsible for ownership, permission to sell, accuracy, and legality.

We may restrict content or accounts to protect users and the service. Support and appeal channels remain available for restricted accounts. A report is a signal for review, not automatic proof of wrongdoing. Seller responsibility does not prevent ChatifyHub from blocking or removing malware, stolen or non-consensual media, content involving minors, or other prohibited or illegal material.

05 · PAYMENTS

Stars, crypto, coins, and fees

ChatifyHub uses internal coins for eligible services. Coins may be obtained through supported Telegram Stars or supported stablecoin payment flows when available. Internal coins are not Telegram Stars, bank deposits, or guaranteed stored value. Availability may vary by account, client, region, law, and Telegram platform rules.

• The exact price and any service fee are shown before confirmation.
• Telegram Stars payments are credited only after a successful Telegram payment event.
• Crypto flows accept only the token, network, address, and exact amount shown by the bot.
• Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible; network fees are paid by the sender.
• Sending an unsupported token or network may make recovery impossible.
• Duplicate references never create a second credit.
• Missing or failed paid-media delivery is refunded automatically.
• Duplicate paid-media unlock charges are transactionally blocked.
• Quality, dissatisfaction, or misrepresentation is not auto-refunded; submit it through /paysupport for administrator review.

06 · SAFETY

Moderation, verification, and appeals

Automated and human checks may be used to detect unsafe media, payment abuse, impersonation, replayed verification images, and coordinated reporting. Automated checks reduce risk but are not a guarantee of identity or safety. Users should avoid sharing home addresses, financial credentials, or intimate information.

Users may report a profile, chat, listing, payment, or technical problem. An administrator reviews escalated items. Restrictions may be appealed through Support; purchased value is not automatically seized merely because a user is reported.

07 · YOUR CHOICES

Access, correction, deletion, and support

You can edit profile settings, stop optional verification, delete eligible media, or delete your account from Settings. For access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, payment dispute, or appeal requests, open ChatifyHub and use Support or/paysupport. Privacy requests may also be sent to chatifyhub.privacy@gmail.com.

We may request proportionate account verification before acting on a sensitive data request. We will not ask for a Telegram password, one-time code, or crypto private key.
